Reservations & Group Bookings:
STANDARD BOOKINGS (Up to 4 participants):
If you are joining with others, please note that each participant, including children aged 13 and older, must complete their own booking and payment separately through the booking calendar.
Children under 12 years old may participate with an accompanying parent or guardian. A child’s passport must be shown to verify age.
For standard online bookings, cancellations must be completed individually through the booking calendar system.
GROUP BOOKINGS (More than 4 participants):
Groups of 4 or more, as well as larger group arrangements, may also be accommodated, subject to availability. Please contact us directly regarding group reservations and scheduling.
Larger group reservations are coordinated separately with Kanazawa Ohka depending on schedule and workshop availability.
For group reservations, cancellation terms and procedures will be confirmed separately at the time of arrangement. Please note that cancelling one participant does not automatically cancel the entire group reservation unless otherwise confirmed in advance.
