Article 1: General
By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Tida Enterprise Co., Ltd.
Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Article 1a: Terms of Use
Due to the nature of our service, which involves handling fresh flowers and related tools (such as scissors and kenzan), we take the utmost care. However, risks may arise from improper use of tools, allergies to cut flowers, or other circumstances. Please check your enrollment status for accident insurance before applying. If you are not enrolled, we recommend joining a short-term travel insurance plan.
While we will provide immediate first aid in the event of an accident during lessons, we hereby disclaim any and all liability for any further medical treatment, costs, damages, or consequences arising from such accidents, injuries, or incidents. Participants acknowledge and agree that they assume full responsibility for their own health and safety and that the provider shall not be held liable for any subsequent medical expenses, losses, or damages.
The location where the service is provided is an old house nearly 100 years old. Please refrain from jumping, running, or shouting inside the building. Due to the location, there are people living nearby. Please avoid loud voices and unauthorized entry into private property on your way to the building. We require that any disputes, disagreements, or conflicts arising between customers be resolved independently by the parties involved. The service provider shall not be held liable or responsible for mediating, arbitrating, or resolving such matters. Participants acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold the service provider harmless from any claims, demands, or damages arising from or in connection with such disputes.
Article 2: Restrictions of Service
We do not accept the use of our service by anyone who meets any of the following conditions:
1. Persons under the age of 13 without parental consent
2. Persons prohibited by a physician from touching fresh flowers
3. Persons whose purpose is sales activities or solicitation
4. Members of organized crime groups
5. Persons who are intoxicated or inebriated at the start of the service (drinking and smoking during the service are also prohibited)
6. Persons who do not follow the instructions and cautions of staff necessary for the provision of service and safety
7. We may also refuse service at our discretion
If you have any concerns or disabilities, please consult with us in advance.
Article 3: Order & Service Provision
By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Notation based on the Specified Commercial Transaction Law
Sales Price: Please check our website's product and activity pages (hereinafter referred to as "product pages").
Additional Costs: Customers are responsible for any and all costs incurred for internet connectivity and communication services necessary to access our website and book experience programs, including while in Japan. The seller does not provide Wi-Fi services; the customer must bear these expenses. Please refer to each service introduction page for other costs. All price displays include tax.
Delivery Time: We will provide the service at the reserved time.
Payment Method: Online payment by credit card (various credit cards: VISA, MASTER, Discover, JCB, AMEX, Diners)
Payment Timing: Withdrawal date set by each card company
Cancellation Policy: If the customer chooses to cancel their reservation for any reason at their discretion after the reservation has been confirmed, or if you cancel without notice, the following cancellation fees will apply:
* 2 days before the day of service: 100%
Methods for Changing or Canceling Reservations:
The method differs between the "reservation acceptance period" and the "period from two days before the event to the day of the event."
During the "reservation acceptance period," you can change or cancel your reservation yourself.
* Log in and enter the introduction page of the scheduled program.
* The [Change Reservation] and [Cancel Reservation] buttons are next to the scheduled date.
Please use the appropriate button to make changes.
You cannot make changes yourself between two days before the reservation and the day of the reservation.
* Please contact the store of the program organizer listed in the "application and inquiry contact" section on the introduction page of the scheduled program.
* Changes and other contacts can be received only during the program organizer's business hours.
Article 3a: Customer Cancellations
In case of cancellation of your reservation due to your convenience or will, or no-show cancellations, the following cancellation fees will apply.
If you are more than 15 minutes late from the start time of the experience, we will propose a change of time if rescheduling is possible.
If rescheduling is not possible, it will be treated as a cancellation due to customer convenience, and in principle, no refund will be made.
In case of rescheduling, the tour time may be shortened.
* From 2 days before to the day of the event: 100% of the participation fee
* Due to the nature of the sales format, we do not offer refunds after providing the experience program.
Article 3b: Company Cancellations
If the event is canceled due to bad weather, or if two or more weather warnings are issued, or if the fresh flowers used for the service cannot be procured due to force majeure without significant negligence on our part, no cancellation fee will apply.
We will refund the full amount after deducting the card payment fee.
The decision to hold the event will be made at 5 PM the day before the event, and we will notify the reserved customers by email.
In principle, no refund will be made if the service is canceled after the start of the event. Please understand this in advance.
In case of cancellation due to weather conditions by the program organizer, the above conditions will apply.
Article 3c: Damage to Rental Items
Customers must return any issued items to our service in their original condition. If any issued items are damaged, lost, or otherwise not returned in their original condition, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with the repair or replacement of the items.
Upon returning the issued items, we will inspect and assess their condition. If any damage is identified, we will determine the extent of the damage and calculate the actual cost necessary to repair or replace the item.
The customer will be notified of the damage assessment and the corresponding charges. These charges will be billed to the customer, and payment must be made promptly. Failure to pay for the damages may result in additional charges, including but not limited to collection fees and legal costs.
Article 3d: Disclaimer
We are not responsible for interruptions or delays in service provision caused by server or communication failures or other force majeure, except in cases of significant negligence on our part. We do not provide technical support for equipment or software required for attending lessons or seminars.
Article 3e: Delivery of Service
The results and outcomes depicted on this website are subject to individual variation. Consequently, we disclaim any guarantees or assurances regarding attaining specific financial gains, benefits, or desired effects from utilizing our services or information provided herein. Users acknowledge that individual experiences and results may differ significantly.
Article 3: Price & Payment
The prices are indicated in dollars, including tax and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.
Article 4: Handling of Personal Information
Privacy Policy
If you wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.
Your personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.) will be used for user authentication and for contact and notifications necessary for the provision of this service. If you do not provide the required information, you may not be able to receive the service.
In principle, personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated above without your explicit consent, nor will it be provided to third parties. However, we may delegate some or all of the handling, processing, and management of personal information to third-party service providers or contractors (external parties) who are bound by confidentiality agreements and are obligated to protect your information in accordance with our privacy policies.
Participants acknowledge and agree that any testimonials, reviews, or feedback provided may be used freely by the seller for marketing and promotional purposes and on social media to further promote the seller's business.
In principle, you can request notification of the "purpose of use of personal information," as well as the disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of your registered personal information.
You may also request the suspension of use and cessation of provision to third parties. For specific methods, please contact the personal information management officer listed below.

Article 5: Payment
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order.
Payment can be made through any payment methods we have available identified in Article 3.
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your booking.
Article 6: Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
