What is the cancellation policy?

Customer Cancellations

In case of cancellation of your reservation due to your convenience or will, or no-show cancellations, the following cancellation fees will apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late from the start time of the experience, we will propose a change of time if rescheduling is possible. If rescheduling is not possible, it will be treated as a cancellation due to customer convenience, and in principle, no refund will be made.

In case of rescheduling, the tour time may be shortened.

From 2 days before to the day of the event: 100% of the participation fee

Due to the nature of the sales format, we do not offer refunds after providing the experience program.

How accessible are your classes?

Our facility is not a barrier-free venue. However, we strive to accommodate all participants with accessible requirements. Please contact us for specific needs.

What language are your classes?

We provide basic English for our classes.

What do I need to bring?

We provide all necessary materials, including flowers, and tools.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts. Each class is approximately 90 minutes.

Do I need any prior experience?

No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are suitable for beginners and advanced students.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing is recommended.

Can I bring a friend? Family members?

Yes, you are welcome to bring friends and family. Please note that each participant, including children over 13 years old, will need to book their own spot. Children under 12 years old may participate with accompanying parent or guardian. Child's passport must be shown to verify age.
